Jerry French Trout Spey Tying Class

Summer is fast approaching and we'll soon find ourselves in the prime of trout season on rivers across the west.  One of our favorite tactics for targeting larger trout is to swing a variety of "trout spey" patterns on light two-handed rods.  We are super excited to welcome back local Skagit, OP and Alaska guide Jerry French to tie some of his favorite summer trout flies.

As with all of Jerry's tying classes, you'll gain a wealth of knowledge not only in how to properly tie his flies, but how to best present them and increase your success on the river.  Bring your vise, dubbing spinner, scissors, bobbin and thread.  If you need a vise or tools we can provide them but need to know in advance.

This is an intermediate level tying class.  All materials will be provided.
