Fall Salmon Fly Tying Class
Couldn't load pickup availability
We're offering a primer in tying several of our most productive local pacific salmon fly patterns for the Skagit, Nooksack and beyond. We'll tie several different patterns that are proven for pink, coho and chum salmon from September through the late fall and talk about when, where and how to fish them to improve your salmon catch rate on a fly.
This is a beginner/intermediate level course. We're not tying married wings and jungle cock eyes. These flies are designed to be durable, quick and inexpensive to tie and expendable when you're fishing around woody debris. Some tying experience is preferred but not absolutely necessary. We'll get you up to speed!
All tying materials provided. Bring your own vise and tools. These can be provided with advance notice.
